🏛️Idea for a governance tool

Given that each lottery is supposed to be different from the previous one by many flavors, and that decentralization is always what DeFi should aim at, a governance tool to make people vote on next lottery parameters, not relying on owner to set them up and to open the new lottery, could be a nice thing to have.

The tool would let users vote on:

• Magic Number

• % TitanX burned vs % to Jackpot

• % Ecosystem Tokens burned vs % to Jackpot

• SuperJackpot vs SuperLuck mode

• Max Luck Bonus

• Max Ecosystem Boost

• Hurry Up time

• ...

An engine draws random parameters for the next lottery and users are able to adjust/influence them through voting.

Votes are cast by spending TitanX, that will go into next lottery Jackpot, + gas fees.
